Job Description

Senior Manager, Training & Development

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training solutions to different partnership channels for Broker & IFA consultants
  • Plan the holistic training schedule for sales staff and business partners
  • Supervise teammates to deliver the assigned tasks in timely and quality manners
  • Plan and drive for various projects and assigned tasks to ensure the roll out on timely manner
  • Coordinate the training team resources to ensure the training materials update accurately and presentable

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Minimum 9 years training and insurance industry experience
  • 5 years management experience to supervise subordinates
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience preferable
  • Passed IIQE I, III and V or LOMA FLMI preferable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including powerpoint, excel and words
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good English and Chinese written skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Having problem solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills

Professional Qualifications

  • Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI)
  • IIQE 1 - Principles and Practice of Insurance Examination
  • IIQE 3 - Long Term Insurance Examination
  • IIQE 5 - Travel Insurance Agents Examination
