Officer, Finance (1-year Contract)
Location: Hong Kong
Implement the budgeting process and produce regular reports to the management team. Support the Expense, Payment and Management Team initiatives.
- Conduct the budgeting process. Monitor the ongoing cost management, forecast; support the generation and processing of methodology, guideline, control and expense implications;
- Operate the payment processes and fixed asset management including stock take, data entry and calculation; Monitor the EBIS system and the budget transfer process; conduct follow-up action, commission analysis and payments; Keep track of month end accruals, balance sheet items and create regular reports
- Support other teams in cross function and cross departmental projects
- Prepare intercompany invoicing, settlement and reconciliation.
Qualifications and Experience
Undergraduate Degree majoring in Finance or related fields
Minimum one year relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
