Officer, Customer Call Centre (Outbound)
Location: Hong Kong
Coordinate with relevant parties to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to response to customers’ enquiries, concerns and requests about insurance products and services by making outbound calls; follow up with insurance consultants if necessary.
Ensure all outbound calls in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements by following operation procedures. To identify and resolve customer dissatisfaction and find out an effective solution to minimize any business risks; assist in improving operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Proactively build long term trust with customers by showing empathy and maintain customer loyalty through the outbound activities (i.e. surrender / premium holiday conservation)
Form 7 or above
3 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre experience
Good written/spoken English/Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
Candidate with less experience will be considered for a 12-month Contract Position.
