Manager, Training & Development

Location: Hong Kong


  • Provide training solutions to different partnership channels
  • Design, co-ordinate and deliver training as required for sales staff under PDD for business partners
  • Coordinate the training team resources to maintain the training materials accurately and presentable
  • Address the identified training needs from business partners & sales channels and proactively provide best training solutions to them
  • Ensure the record keeping to comply with record retention requirement
  • Plan and organize for various training projects and assigned tasks
  • Supervise Trainers to deliver the assigned tasks in timely and quality manners


  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Minimum 7 years training and insurance industry experience
  • 4 years management and supervisory experiences
  • Preferably with minimum 3-5 years sales experience
  • Passed IIQE I, II and V or LOMA FLMI preferable
  • Good presentation skills & Interpersonal skills
  • Having problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good English and Chinese written skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, excel and words
