Customer Service Ambassador

Location: Hong Kong


  • Provide and process information by referring to operation systems, guidelines and applications in response to customers’ simple enquiries, concerns and requests about insurance products and services
  • Support service center to provide comprehensive service so as to uplift customers’ satisfaction level by offering instant service/assistance in a friendly manner
  • Communicate and coordinate with different functions/departments to maintain a harmonious relationship so as to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness


  • Tertiary education with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service industry
  • Good written/spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
  • Strong customer focused with able to deal with difficult situations in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Able to work independently and equipped with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds
