Contract Officer, Organizational Development

Location: Hong Kong


  • Assist to plan and coordinate Company events (i.e. annual staff party) and Employee Engagement Activities; manage the activities's calendar, staff communication, vendoe management and logistic support, etc)
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the Organizational Development team
  • Handle special company event and ad hoc projects



  • Degree holder with 1 year's experience in event management / HR field
  • Good coomunication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office applications
