Contract Officer (New Business Admin)

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing operation support to Underwriting Team for the main processes, data capturing and policy issuing respectively
  • Responsible for performing simple administrative/ compliance rule checking for Magnum, Auto-underwriting process
  • Provide clerical support to Underwriting Team in document filing, letter typing, payment refund, special condition handling, etc
  • Assist team to conduct UAT / mock test as required and perform duties as assigned by team supervisors / manager
  • Arrange daily job duties of the clerical support team to ensure meet the standard turnaround time

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with 2  years working experience in life insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment.
  • Mature and independent with strong commitment
