Job Description

Assistant Officer, Office Support (FM)

Location: Hong Kong


  • To handle and followup enquires and maintenance calls from users in order to ensure all repair & maintenance request of office building are effectively and efficiently completed.
  • To issue staff entitlement (including keys, doors access, name card etc) accurately and timely
  • To monitor the staff office and the vendors’ performance regularly to ensure the working environment is in good and safe condition
  • To input and update record accurately and meet the timeline
  • To handle ad hoc jobs related to facility management, procurement and office support



  • F5 or above
  • Minimum one year experience and facility management experience is preferable
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC Applications
