Assistant Manager, Program Management Office

Location: Hong Kong


  • Provide assistance and support to manage IT governance related projects to ensure proper implementation and adoption of regional and local governance and compliance processes
  • Support IT processes improvement to meet with growing business and compliance demands
  • Assess and evaluate project risks and manage project stakeholders expectation
  • Liaise with relevant parties to review specific target processes of focus to identify and document improvement areas. Recommend options and develop action plans for management decision to implement process improvement changes
  • Assist the development of monitoring mechanism
  • Experienced on implementing or supporting workflow system related project


  • Degree in Computer Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Information Technology
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Good communications & presentation skills and able to effectively converse IT governance and policy compliant objectives across different IT and business partners
  • Good change & process mind-set
  • Solid analytical skills, organisation and Project Management skills
  • Good negotiating skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Good communicator, adaptive to changing and demanding environment, and able to manage project stakeholder expectations
