Assistant Manager, Office Support (Branch)
Location: Hong Kong
Assist the Manager to provide full spectrum of services at branch operation, such as procurement, printing, repair & maintenance etc.
Monitor the office systems, such as PABX, CCTV and access control to ensure effective support to the operation.
Participate in office modification and other ad hoc project to cope with business requirement.
Supervise and evaluate the performance and services provided by outside vendors in order to ensure quality services to be provided.
Identify potential risk and to provide advice and solution to management for smoothen business operation.
Provide direction and guidance to direct reports on daily operations and to execute staff coaching and development plan.
University Degree in any disciplines
Possess over 4-5 years office administration experience in which 2 years at supervisory level in sizable company
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic and analytical mind set
Ability to multi-task, and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
Strong PC Applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint) and knowledge in AutoCad drawing
