Job Description

Assistant Manager, Agency Management

Location: Hong Kong


  1. Assist and coordinate in agency recruitment activities.
  2. Assist in organising and communicating company and agency campaigns, challenges, contests or promotion programs to agency members.
  3. Prepare business correspondence, presentation materials and management reports for management and agency force on timely basis.
  4. Keep and monitor the overall expenses budget including documentation and justification for payment.
  5. Review & make recommendation on all agency promotion / demotion applications and contest appeals in accordance to the requirements & guidelines.
  6. Assist in ensure agency performance comply with internal & external compliance requirements and guidelines.
  7. Answer agency enquiries and collect feedback.


  1. Industry-related agency development, operation or training experience
  2. Good communication & presentation skills
  3. Good analytical skills
  4.  Mandarin preferred but not essential
