Job Description

Account Executive, Business Development (Employee Benefits)

Location: Hong Kong


  1. Prepare quotations to intermediaries in selling employee benefits products
  2. Follow up new business and renewal business
  3. Achieve budgeted target by providing sales support on agency channel and / or other channels, and policy administration follow up
  4. Prepare presentation materials and reports


  1. Form 6 or above with professional insurance qualification IIQAS / LOMA / ANZIIF preferably
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences
  3. Fresh graduates will also be considered.  Candidates with less experiences will be considered for Assistant Account Executive role
  4. Possess ability to motivate and communicate with business partners
  5. Able to handle multiple tasks, meet turnaround time and work under pressure
  6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Assurance Scheme (IIQAS) Qualified
