Job Description

Account Executive, Business Development

Location: Hong Kong


  1. Achieve budgeted target by providing sales support on agency channel and/or other channels, such as client meeting, staff briefing, new business and renewal business enquiries and policy administration follow up
  2. Provide training, briefing and sales-related programs or activities to intermediaries in selling employee benefits products
  3. Develop and maintain good relationship with intermediaries through regular visits to explore sales opportunity
  4. Prepare presentation materials and reports



  1. Form 6 or above with professional insurance qualification IIQAS / LOMA / ANZIIF preferably
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences


Professional Qualifications

  • Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI)
  • Fellow, ANZIIF
  • Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Assurance Scheme (IIQAS) Qualified
