We are currently hiring an Administrative Clerk, to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for administration support and arrange meetings.


• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the supervisors, especially for office renovation projects in both Hong Kong and China, and for procurement activities
• Help liaise with vendors / service providers and in-house users, and follow up on the progress of office renovation projects
• Maintain an organized filing system and email records
• Checking quotations and process payments if necessary
• Preparing cost and budget analyses
• Arrange meetings and business trips
• Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner


• Diploma holder or above or related disciplines
• Previous experience with office renovation projects is advantageous
• Previous experience in office administration
• Excellent typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle workplace demands and deal with multiple projects simultaneously
• Good spoken English is an advantage
