Senior Associate (CRM Business Analyst)-Technology Consulting- Adv- HK

Location: Hong Kong

The Technology Consulting Senior Associate opportunity is part of the PwC Consulting team. The objective of this role is to drive our client-facing engagements of transforming clients’ business and strategy through deployment of different technologies and systems.

You will be assisting managers and senior managers on the following areas:
-               Collect, Analyze and Define Business Requirements
-               Develop functional requirements
-               System Implementation (e.g. Business Analysis, User Acceptance Testing)
-               Define testing scopes/scenarios, prepare testing plans,
-               Perform UAT and verify the testing results
-               Fully understand System Development Lifecycle

As a senior associate, you are expected to help your managers and senior managers on pre-sales activities, engagement delivery, clients’ requirement gathering & analysis, and act as clients’ on-ground contact.

  • A bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineer related studies
  • Three to Five  years’ experience in CRM system implementation
  • Consulting Experience is a desired;
  • Experienced in providing wide range of Technology Consulting services to clients, e.g. selection of system, IT Strategy, system implementation & integration, system development life cycle etc.
  • Experienced in CRM implementation in role of Business Analyst
  • CRM Certifications are preferred
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities
  • A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable requirements, and develop deliverables that address complex situations
  • Group facilitation and presentation skills
  • The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
