Job Description

Senior Admin / Deputy Manager- Operations – Risk Assurance – HK

Location: Hong Kong

  • Prepare regular financial and operational management reports;
  • Compile various data file to provide accurate and detailed excel reports in desirable format and consolidated views;
  • Organize data and perform data analysis / analytical review on financial results including revenue trend analysis for management meetings;
  • Carry out actions to improved financial management;
  • Maintain central portfolio of staff job allocation with reference of historical records to facilitate across Business Units work provision;
  • Monitor accounts receivables / debts collection and facilitate the billing process;
  • Monitor project budgets and the variation of staff workload impact to engagement and overall monthly revenue;
  • Work closely with Assurance and Risk Assurance Operations Managers at other locations to ensure alignment of operational practices;
  • Work with the team of secretaries to provide administrative supports to the group;
  • Act as the point of contact with other departments including IT, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Central Admin, etc.; and
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, if required.
  • Degree in business administration / accounting / finance preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance in MNC or professional services firm is preferred;
  • Strong analytics skills, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Hands on experience in doing data analysis and extraction in MS Excel;
  • Highly independent, well-organised, self-motivated and energetic
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered and adaptive to dynamic and changing priorities;
  • Ability to communicate clearly with peers, leaders and stakeholders; and
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
