Secretary-Risk Assurance-HK

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description:

Provide secretarial support to partners, directors, senior managers and managers,
Coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements,
Maintain diaries of supervisors for priorities, appointments and commitments,
Provide administrative support to the operations team and ad hoc assignments,
Monitor staff training participation status and finance related tasks,
Prepare operational and finance related reports with good master of excel functions (Pivot Table, VLookup, etc),
Compile various data file to provide accurate and detailed excel reports in desirable format and consolidated views,
Familiar with internal IT systems, knowledge on billing procedures and work in progress handling,
Assist in operational activities such as staff resourcing, timesheet reports, and hour forecast,
Able to work under pressure

Higher diploma or above plus formal secretarial training
Experience in departmental administration experience in professional firms or multinational corporations is an advantage;
Proficient in MS Office. Experience with using Lotus Notes is desirable
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus
Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Mature, independent, multi-tasking, well-organized, and self-motivated
A team-player with the ability of working independently
Able to work under pressure and adaptive to dynamics and changing priorities
Able to take occasionally overtime per manager or partner’s request.
