Job Description

Secretary-Risk Assurance-HK

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to partners, directors, senior managers and managers;
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Maintain diaries of supervisors for priorities, appointments and commitments;
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team and ad hoc assignments;
  • Monitor staff training participation status and finance related tasks;
  • Prepare operational and finance related reports with good master of excel functions (Pivot Table, VLookup, etc);
  • Compile various data file to provide accurate and detailed excel reports in desirable format and consolidated views;
  • Familiar with internal IT systems, knowledge on billing procedures and work in progress handling;
  • Assist in operational activities such as staff resourcing, timesheet reports, and hour forecast; and
  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Higher diploma or above plus formal secretarial training;
  • Experience in departmental administration experience in professional firms or multinational corporations is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office. Experience with using Lotus Notes is desirable;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus;
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Mature, independent, multi-tasking, well-organized, and self-motivated;
  • A team-player with the ability of working independently;
  • Able to work under pressure and adaptive to dynamics and changing priorities; and
  • Able to take occasionally overtime per manager or partner’s request.
