Job Description

Recruiter - Campus Recruitment - Human Resources

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Support the team in building up long term relationship with undergraduates, placement offices and professors of universities;
  • Assist the team in implementing campus recruitment plan and programs locally; this may include logistics arrangement of campus promotion events, interview scheduling, offer reception, Application System maintenance, reporting/analysis, etc.;
  • Lead/support employer branding program, activities, and events(e.g firm visit/seminar, student club, internship program);
  • Representing PwC to attend some students’ events;
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with other stakeholders internally so that CR programs are well aware and supported; and
  • Participate in cross-location Campus Recruitment Projects.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences;
  • One to three years’ HR relevant experiences within a services or multinational corporation environment;
  • Experience within a multi-cultural, preferably Chinese environment is desirable;
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Fluent Mandarin is preferred;
  • Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
  • Client service focus with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
  • Proven project management experience and strong organization skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • A team player;
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands;
  • A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team; and
  • The ability and willingness to coach and develop other team members.
