Office Assistant–Admin–Internal Firm Services_Hong Kong

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver mail both internally and externally;
  • Assist in general office administrative duties, such as photo-copying, document scanning and binding;
  • Perform outdoor work;
  • Handle some ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor;
  • Required to work overtime or whenever needed

  • Two years’ experience in mailing or printing field, preferably in sizable company;
  • Fluent in Cantonese;
  • Ability to communicate in simple English and Mandarin is a plus;
  • Hardworking and responsible
