Manager - Valuations (Financial Modelling) - Deals - Advisory - HK

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Manager, your responsibilities will primarily include (but not limited to) the following:
 
  • Build complex financial models (or review such models built by other parties) of different types of businesses for purposes such as debt financing, mergers and acquisitions as well as business planning...etc
  • Prepare marketing materials and proposals for potential financial modelling assignments
  • Contribute to expansion of the financial modelling business
  • Manage day-to-day work and provide guidance to project team
  • Develop and coach junior staff 
     
Requirements  
 
  • University graduates with degree of Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or degree related to Information Technology/Computer Science;
  • CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in working on complex financial models;
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel, VBA, financial modelling experience, and PowerPoint. Experience in other financial modelling tools such as Modano and Anaplan is a plus;
  • Excellent research, financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
  • Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently; and
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential.

Candidate may be considered as Senior Associate or Senior Manager depending on their personal qualification and experience.
