Assistant Manager – Business Recovery Services – Advisory

Location: Hong Kong

   Job Description & Responsibilities

• Analyse the business performance of corporate clients for the purpose of debt restructuring and restoring value for stakeholders
• Assist in providing advice to stakeholders on restructuring and recovery strategies in distressed companies and distressed transactions
• Assist on the special situation appointments including attending on site to take control of the assets
• Gather information, meeting suppliers, customers, employees and other stakeholders
• Advise listed company clients on resumption proposals
• Assist in dealing with stakeholders and other professionals, including Hong Kong Stock Exchange


 • Degree in accounting or business or related discipline
• Above three years' relevant experience in auditing, due diligence or advisory work, specifically in the area of corporate restructuring or distressed transactions in China will be favourably considered. 
• Good financial and business analytical skills
• Ability to think strategically, excellent business sense and commercially aware
• Team players, who work effectively under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
• Excellent written English and Chinese, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured report
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, mostly to China, is a must
