Administrator/Sr Administrator-Facility Management-Admin-IFS_HK

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Manage repairing and maintenance work in office facilities and equipment
  • Handle day-to-day facility management
  • Coordinate with property management office for monitoring the office environment
  • Plan and monitor facility maintenance schedule and progress
  • Guided by manager, help formulate facilities management procedures / guidelines
  • Participate various ad hoc assignments

  • Diploma or above in business administration  or  facilities / property management or relevant disciplines
  • Three years of working experience in office facilities management.  MNCs experiences is preferred
  • Having office relocation and renovation working experience
  • Good in organisation skills
  • A Team-player with excel communication and interpersonal skills
  • Occasional overtime work on weekday and weekend is expected
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
