Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Risk Management Support Centre _Hong Kong

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the tax teams on the administration of risk management;
  • Handle day-to-day search requests raised by the tax teams (or on project basis);
  • Conduct entity search via internal databases and open source (eg. Internet);
  • Prepare reply email with proper supporting of checking results and concise summary; and
  • Maintain the log system of requests received and work done.


Requirements
  • Diploma in business-related discipline, sound knowledge on accounting is an asset;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer services work;
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office, with focused in MS Excel; Experience with using Lotus Notes is desirable;
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills;
  • Accuracy and diligent, willing to learn; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
