Job Description

Administrative Assistant-Facility Management-Administration-IFS_HK

Location: Hong Kong

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team;
  • Coordinate with vendors and users for the repair and maintenance work of the office space;
  • Compile reports and other related documentation;
  • Assist in preparing required materials for procurement and payment process;
  • Assist in gathering, recording and updating information at databases; and
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and operational projects as required by the supervisor.

Reporting structure & key relationships

Report to a FM Team Leader

  • Diploma or above in business administration or facilities / property management or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum two years of experience in property and facility management;
  • Solid experience in administration in professional firms or multinational corporations is an advantage;
  • Good in organisation skills;
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently;
  • A good team player who is hardworking, responsible and has a can-do attitude;
  • Occasional overtime work on weekday and weekend is expected;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; and
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
