Administration Officer (Property)

Location: North Point

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for handling all company property/ facility management related duties.
  • Provide full range of administrative support to the department
  • Work closely with management and various internal departments to coordinate regular general admin duties
  • Consolidate information for statistical reports
  • Draft business letters, internal memos, proposals, etc
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree / higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
  • Excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, responsible, fast learner and self-motivated
  • Attentive to details, strong numerical skills, mature and independent
  • Immediate available preferred
