Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide training to CS team members
  • Assist in daily operations of our beauty and fitness club
  • Handle customers' enquiries and complaints
  • Provide clerical support to the team

 Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • 3 years’ experience in service industry, preferable with experience in the beauty and fitness services
  • Good communication skills
  • Stable and patient, with cheerful personality
  • Immediately available an advantage
