Job Description


Location: Hong Kong


  • Perform office reception duties well presenting the company’s first image and impression to visitors and clients, and to handle administration works supporting office and stores



  • Perform reception duties such as handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing courier / mail / fax arrangement
  • Handle flight and hotel bookings for staff and visitors
  • Vendor management to perform periodically review on existing / new vendors on administration to achieve cost effectiveness with satisfied services
  • Manage stationery procurement, office cleaning & pest control and license renewal
  • Manage work schedule of office assistant
  • Perform administration support to office and stores, and other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • 3 years or above relevant working experience
  • Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese typewriting
  • Presentable, meticulous, well organized, good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Good Mandarin is a MUST)
  • Experience in fashion retail industry and Immediate available are highly preferable
