  • 3 years above of customer service experience in life insurance
  • Diploma or above holder
  • Good customer servicing attitude
  • Reponsible, self-motivated, good at problem-solving, positive and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, Mandarin and English
