Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Printing)

Location: Kwun Tong

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and controlling of the production orders
  • Coordinate, follow up the order and communicate with Sales and Factory for production requirement and schedule

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 3 years solid experience in printing industry
  • Understanding of printing production process and concept
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills, including Excel, Word, Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and meet deadline
