Job Description

Technical Service Specialist (VIP Team)

Location: Hong Kong

  • The job incumbent will be responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to Premier customers by resolving technical issues though the dedicated hotline.
  • 42.5 working hours per week
  • Working location: Sheung Wan
  • Night shift allowance will be provided


  • Diploma or above in Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Studies or related discipline, with qualification / certification of computer study (e.g. MCP, MCSE etc) preferred
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in technical service / support, familiar with broadband / mobile would be an advantage
  • Customer oriented, enthusiastic & self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Service Representative / Officer

Professional Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
