Service Engineer (Ref no.: CPE-SE-HL)

Location: Hong Kong

  • Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Good communication around issues and opportunities with clients
  • Implement relevant and meaningful processes to meet client expectations
  • To negotiate and take up ad-hoc assignment from customers
  • Ensure quality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligations and organizational policy and procedures
  • Coordinate and participate in monitoring, review and auditing processes related to service delivery



  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong data manipulation skills
  • Experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to engage, influence and motivate customer
  • At least 5+ years practical experience in IT 
  • Direct, hands-on experience in people management through managing a team
  • Project planning and management experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Knowledge of Network, Wi-Fi, Voice/IP Protocols is a bonus
  • ITIL, PMP preferred
    Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Technical Service officer/ Technical Officer
