Job Description

Service Centre Representative / Executive

Location: Hong Kong

  • Face-to-face and professional handling of customer’s enquiries / requests at service counters on all company products and services
  • Demonstrate Smart Living products in show-room
  • Deliver unique customer experience through professional knowledge, passion and care
  • Provide high level of personalized customer care and further promote products and services based on customer need
  • 48 hours per week, willing to work on shift between Monday to Saturday: 10:00 - 20:30, Sunday: 13:00 – 18:00


  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • At least 1 year customer service or sales working experience
  • Customer oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Good command of English and Cantonese.  Putonghua is preferred but not a must
