Job Description

Senior Technical Service Officer – Enterprise Managed Service (Ref no.: CPE-STSO-EMS-WL)

Location: Hong Kong

  • To support the 7x24 operation team on surveillance, remote diagnosis and restoration works on customers’ network and equipment such as servers, WiFi, etc
  • To be responsible for IT Helpdesk support such as incident management, problem management, and change management
  • To deliver technical support services and solutions, handle customer enquiry on CPE equipment capacity, performance and utilization
  • To ensure an effective Tier 2 operation support is provided and proper service reports handling
  • Higher Diploma / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 4 years’ experience in servers or network operations
  • Good knowledge in implementing servers and VM
  • Good understanding of the IT service management process is desirable
  • Knowledge on the Network Management tool is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills, mature, dedicated and self motivated attitude
  • Good customer services and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
