Job Description

Sales Representative / Executive (Call Center - Sales / Retention Hotlines)

Location: Hong Kong

  • Handle customer's telephone inquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner
  • Perform consultative and proactive selling of company products & services, such as broadband network, broadband TV, eye 3 smart communications services
  • Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service
  • Working Location: Outbound : Mongkok, Kowloon Bay, Kwai Hing, Tuen Mun; Inbound : Shatin, Lai Chi Kok
  • 42.5 working hours per week & shift duty is required - (Outbound : Mon-Sat :1230-2200) (Inbound : Mon-Sun :0800-2200)


  • F.5 / DSE with some sales experience. Experienced Candidate with 2 years of sales experience will be considered as Sales Executive
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Good telephone manner and service attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
