Sales Executive (Call Centre - Complaint Handling)

Location: Hong Kong

The successful candidates will join our Call Centre Sales Team to handle customer complaint cases in a timely & efficient manner and to demonstrate the best problem solving skills in order to uplift the service standard of our Call Centre. 


  • Handle and resolve escalated customer calls skillfully
  • Summarize, analyze and identify issues from customer cases
  • Provide recommendation from customer perspectives for Managers in order to enhance the team work quality and efficiency 
  • Work closely with Team Managers, Coaches and Trainers to implement the on-going service improvement and recommendation






  • DSE/F.5 or above with minimum 2 years of customer service experience. More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated with high degree of integrity 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skills 
  • Good team player, result oriented with positive working attitude 
  • Knowledge of telecom products is definitely an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, a plus with Putonghua
  • Working Location : Lai Chi Kok (nearby Mei Foo MTR Station)
  • 42.5 hours per week, willing to take up shift duties and work on weekend & public holidays
