Marketing Manager

Location: Hong Kong

The incumbent will be responsible for planning and implementation of customer loyalty strategies.  He/she will also be the product’s expert by monitoring market trends and analyzing customer behavior. 

  • Monitor and Drive product's business performance and design customer loyalty marketing strategies & campaigns
  • Conduct analytical report on service and channels’ performance, and suggest improvement areas
  • Implement and evaluate marketing programs to achieve business target
  • Initiate and execute promotional activities to improve new product’s penetration rate
  • Work closely with internal departments to smooth out operation process & logistics




  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications/ ICT industry
  • Possess excellent data analytical skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
