Job Description

Assistant Customer Service Officer (Ref no.: CCS-ACSO)

Location: Hong Kong

  • To handle customer service hotlines to provide ease of contact service, support account groups with effective order management and service coordination
  • To act as the interface for customer and internal working partners in handling complex commercial products, service enquiries and applications
  • To issue service orders in Front End Ordering system meeting customer schedule
  • To handle service requests raised from customers and relating the issues to relevant internal parties
  • Diploma/Certificate holder in Telecommunications, Business Administration or Information Technology or related disciplines OR Form 5 with minimum 1 year’s experience in customer servicing stream
  • Familiar with Telecommunication products, services and procedures
  • Well organized, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English

    Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer/ Senior Customer Service Officer.
