Job Description

Retail Operation Officer

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing team
• POS maintenance and data management
• Prepare reports for management
• Update and maintain retail operations policy and procedure manual for stores
• Liaise with office and stores
• Coordinate regular stock take in shops
• Participate in ad-hoc projects


• Diploma or above
• Experience in retail/fashion industry will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Good command of MS office especially Excel, with knowledge of POS/Oracle/RMS is an advantage
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Retail Operation Assistant
