Civil Engineering and Development Department Contract No. GE/2013/16
Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme, 2008, Package N, Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Works in Sham Wat, Tai O East, Upper Keung Shan and Keung Shan Road East in West Lantau.
This 30-month project involving mitigation of the natural terrain hazards for 24 natural hillside catchments at Sham Wat, Tai O East, Upper Keung Shan and Keung Shan Road East, upgrading works for three Government man-made slopes, soil bioengineering works at Upper Keung Shan and Field instrumentation and monitoring works at Tai O Cemetery, Keung Shan Road West and rainfall monitoring in West Lantau, commenced in December 2014.
Qualifications & Experience required:
• Diploma from Technical Institute or equivalent in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, OR
• Higher Certificate from Technical College or equivalent in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience inclusive of 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience, OR
• Higher Certificate from Technical College or equivalent in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience inclusive of 1 year of experience as Works Supervisor in a Government or quasi-Government project, OR
• At least 3 years of appropriate experience as Works Supervisor I in a Government or quasi-Government project
