Job Description

IT Support


  • Provide in-house daily operational and technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users
  • Support ERP system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and go-live
  • Support user acceptance test, prepare user / system support manual and conduct user training if necessary
  • Handle maintenance and operations of backup system and disaster recovery system
  • Maintain and update inventory records of IT assets and technical documentations


  • Higher Diploma or above in I.T. related disciplines 
  • At least 2 years hands on experience in computer hardware/ software, server, network setup and general application support 
  • Familiar with MS Windows and MS office
  • Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, IDS, VPN, application access, etc
  • Strong in problem solving and tackle difficult support cases; 
  • Self-Motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
