Job Description

Human Resources Assistant - Recruitment

Location: Tai Po


  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and on-boarding process
  • Maintain updated and accurate database of HR system
  • Prepare HR reports and handle MPF administration
  • Provide logistics and administration support for the implementation of training programme
  • Perform other HR duties & ad-hoc projects as required


  • Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 year or above relevant HR experience; applicant with knowledge and experience in conducting recruitment interview is most desirable
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Mature, detail-minded, well-organized and independent
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
