Job Description

Temporary Operations Assistant

Create more incredible numbers by:

  • performing data entry work for Octopus card operation processing
  • preparing reports for daily reconciliation
  • handling customer enquiries
  • providing general clerical and administrative support to the team
  • some outdoor work might be required

A right fit for your portfolio?

  • Form 5 or DSE graduate with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical work experience including data entry, document verification and card production tasks
  • Knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Applications
  • Accurate and fast typing speed of no less than 35 w.p.m.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
  • Possess logical and analytical skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
