Reporting to the Ticketing Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for handling ticket and annual pass sale, greeting guest at the Park entrance, answering guest enquiries, as well as providing administrative or logistic support to the Ticketing Department.
- Form 5 or above
- With at least 2 years’ experiences in customer services, cash handling, and ticketing operation
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holidays
