Ticketing Attendant

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for handling ticketing operation, greeting guest at the Park entrance and answering guest enquiries.

Requirements

- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Hands-on experiences in customer services, cash handling, and ticketing operation
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner and highly responsible
- Computer literacy in MS Office environment
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holidays
