Short Term / Seasonal Part Time Pastry Chef
ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of bakery and pastry sections in Central Product Unit (CPU). S/he will also be responsible for daily productions of all cakes and desserts for the Park's food outlets. S/he will monitor and control of production quantity and quality, and meet the Park's hygiene standard of the work area. In addition, s/he will responsible for reviewing standard recipes, ordering on food commodities and stock control.
Working period: 1 August 2016 – 31 January 2017
Qualification- Over 3 years relevant working experience in bakery production
- Familiar with ISO22000 or HACCP system
- With Hotel or Large commercial bakery exposure is an advantage
- Mature and hard working
