Production Assistant


(Long Term Contract)

The incumbent will work for the day-to-day administration clerical duty in supporting smooth running of the Events Team. Besides, he/she will be responsible to work on the procurement process and follow up on invoice payment on SAP & KRONOS system. Furthermore, he/she will work closely and support the Admin Supervisor for the administrative work of the department and prepare monthly wages claim form for Events Team. He/she will also be responsible for managing ad hoc duties as assigned.


-Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines
-Minimum 1 year experience in clerical and office administration support
-Secretarial background and payroll system knowledge on SAP & KRONOS system will be an advantage
-Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
-Good communication skills, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
-Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-Willing to work flexible hours, during weekends and public holidays
