The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of bakery and pastry sections in Central Product Unit (CPU). S/he will be responsible for the productions of all cakes and desserts for Ocean Park food outlets. S/he will also assist in ordering on food commodities and stock control. In addition, s/he will be responsible for controlling production quantity and quality, reviewing standard recipes, maintaining sanitary and cleanliness of work areas at high standard level.
Requirements- With at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in bakery
- With Vocational training / apprenticeship is preferred
- With Hotel / Large commercial bakery exposure is an advantage
- Familiar with ISO22000/HACCP system
- Mature and hard working
