Job Description

Part Time Sales Assistant


- To assist Sales team in handling clerical and office administration routines
- To assist in ordering souvenirs and sales call materials
- To assist in packing collaterals for direct mailing to overseas travel agencies

Working period: 18 hours/week


- Form 5 or above, at least 2 years working experience, with secretarial training is an advantageous
- Hands on experience in clerical or administration work
- Self- initiated, well-organized, reponsible, good common sense and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible and keen to learn
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in PC operations, including MS Word, Excel
