Marketing Manager (CRM)
ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for building and executing initiatives for promotion, communications and experience in order to inspire and incentivize consumers to register for Smart Fun Program. He/she will also collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external agencies/ vendors to execute campaigns and to ensure smooth operational workflow. He/she will also drive the insights from data to formulate effective member acquisition and retention campaigns across channels.
Requirements- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business related disciplines
- With at least 8 years’ experience in CRM program management, preferably in tourism, theme park or hospitality
- Fluent in CRM technology
- Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest digital and CRM trends is preferred
- Detail-minded, sensitive in data analytics and able to work in a dynamic, competitive and time-engaging environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
